New members elected to Foundation board

The Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its board of directors and election of new officers for 2024.

Sabrina Dunlap is the Senior Director of Government Relations at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Manchester. Prior to joining Anthem, she practiced law for nearly a decade in the corporate and healthcare regulatory space. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Sabrina lives in Hopkinton with her husband and two daughters. She is active in her community and serves as Chair of the Hopkinton Select Board and on the CASA-NH board (Court Appointed Special Advocates). She previously served on the Family Advisory Council at Boston Children’s Hospital, and is the former Chair of the Juvenile Arthritis Committee for the Arthritis Foundation in Massachusetts.

Working with eight Governors and over 46 years, Don Shumway has transformed systems of care to achieve social justice for New Hampshire’s most vulnerable individuals and managed the delivery of complex care to children and adults with significant medical, behavioral, and developmental differences. He served as the State’s Commissioner of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Director of the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services, and more recently, for 12 years as the President and CEO of the Crotched Mountain Foundation. He initiated, in partnership with the NH Children’s Health Foundation, New Hampshire’s Medicaid health care insurance expansion to 70,000 children and parents.

Matthew Dodge is a Certified Financial Planner® with UBS Financial Services in Concord where his team of five professionals assist approximately 300 families manage their wealth and help them navigate their financial lives. Matt has served on the boards of the Baker Free Library Foundation and the New England Masters Ski Racing Foundation. He has volunteered with the Mayhew Program and is the current President of the Bow Rotary Club. A life-long NH resident, Matt enjoys hiking and skiing the White Mountains and exploring the rest of the state from the saddle of his bicycle.

Officers

Keith Loud M.D., Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth has been reelected chair of the board. Erin Hennessey, NH Deputy Secretary of State, has been reelected vice chair. Mary Bidgood-Wilson, principal Meredith Bay Consulting was elected secretary. Johathan Ogelbay, Senior Vice President/CFO with Bellwether Community Credit Union was elected treasurer.

Terming off the foundation’s board are Bobbie Bagley, Director of the Nashua Division of Public Health and Community Services; Matthew Boyle of Empower Retirement; and Roland Lamey, Principal of Helms and Company.
