Following closely on the heels of our 20th anniversary, we announced two important developments in 2018 that we believe lay the groundwork for the elevation of the foundation’s work for years to come.
First we chose a new name for our organization – the New Hampshire Children’s Health Foundation – that is more descriptive of what we are about. We believe that this new identity better communicates who we are and what we do, and over time will amplify awareness of that. We also commissioned a redesigned logo and launched a new website.
The second significant development of the year was the completion of a strategic planning process that resulted in refinements to our grant making and funding approach.
